TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1. All terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Waxfabricsandstyle.

 

1.2. When you place an order you are expected to adhere to the following conditions.

 

1.3. Waxfabricsandstyle reserves the right to change its pricing, its delivery and its payment conditions after the expiry of agreed term.

 

1.4. Waxfabricsandstyle does not recognize the written agreement of third parties unless otherwise stipulated by mentioned party (Waxfabricsandstyle).

 

1.5. We guarantee that the delivered product meets the specifications and description of the product as mentioned in offer.

 

1.6. The term “subscription”: an agreement between two parties being Waxfabricsandstyle and the customer for a period of time during which Waxfabricsandstyle delivers products  as per agreement.

 

1.7. One off purchase: a one time buy by a customer of a product purchased on our website. 

 

2. Agreement with Waxfabricsandstyle

2.1. A subscription with Waxfabricsandstyle is done at a distance. This is done whether monthly, bi monthly, one off purchase or whatever is chosen as a subscription method at a distance through the webshop/ website.

 

2.2. All information given to us during the buying process needs to be truthful and all passwords or personal information should absolutely not be shared with third parties. Any abuse of orders done with your password by third parties is solely your responsibility. We are therefore not liable for any wrong information or wrong password.

 

3. Price, Payment and Methods of payment

3.1. Waxfabricsandstyle is a subscription box business that renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless stopped by the customer. 

 

3.2. You are required to create an account in order to purchase from our website.

 

3.3. To cancel, change or pause your subscription please log into your account and follow the instructions.

 

3.4. All our prices include VAT.

 

3.5. Specials and sales run as long as stocks last.

 

3.6. Prices of our subscription boxes and products are subject to change without warning. You as an already existing subscriber continue to pay the initial agreed price. 

 

3.7. We will not change your existing subscription payment without your prior agreement.

 

3.8. We use Stripe as a payment system. 

 

4. Copyright and Proprietary Rights

You may not use materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logo’s and other elements on this website as without permission as they are the property of Waxfabricsandstyle and are therefore protected by copyright.

 

5. Warranty, Liabilities, complaints

5.1. Waxfabricsandstyle guarantees that the delivered good meet the standards of durability as intended by all involved parties of the purchase agreement. Is therefore responsible for the warranty of the product.

 

5.2. Waxfabricsandstyle is not responsible for the fit of the individual application by the customer nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the purchased goods through the subscription platform or as a single product.

 

5.3. The customer is strongly advised to inspect the received goods upon delivery. Should the customer be disappointed due to broken, damaged or incomplete goods the customer is requested to report these findings to Waxfabricsandstyle as soon as possible. Any defects are to be reported in writing to waxfabricsandstyle within 7 days.

 

5.4. The return of goods must be in the original packaging including documentation and accessories and in the original condition.

 

5.5. If the customer complaints are found to be valid, Waxfabricsandstyle will in cooperation with the customer either replace the goods, give a refund or make another arrangement with the buyer about the compensation.

 

5.6. Waxfabricsandstyle is not liable for unmet obligations due to problems with traffic, malfunctions or changes in technology provided by third parties, strikes, government measures, delays in the supply and/or delivery, negligence of supplies and /or manufacturers of Waxfabricsandstyle.

 

6. Law

6.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.

 

6.2. In the case of a dispute that cannot be resolved between Waxfabricsandstyle and the customer, the complaint will be heard by a local court of law or differences commission. However, Waxfabricsandstyle strives by all means to settle all disagreements amicably outside of courts and legal establishments with the customer.
