SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If it concerns an urgent shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We currently do not ship to Canada, US, Australia or New Zealand. For further information about shipping to these countries please reach out to us (emailaddress here) and we will work together to come to an agreement.
Customs and import taxes may apply to some international orders. Please be correctly advised.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. The products must be in their original condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
For Subscription boxes:
Since these are curated and especially made to order for you we unfortunately do not accept returns.
For single orders: To be eligible for return an item must be undisturbed and be found to be in the same condition as it was sent. In the original package.
Customers are responsible for their own shipping/ postage payments. If bought fabric has been washed we will NOT accept it back. ONLY original items will be accepted back.
To get your money back we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or proof of payment.
